Dazu zählt nun auch die neue App. Kunden der Co-med Fachhändler sind Arztpraxen und andere medizinische Einrichtungen, die nun über die <strong>Co-med SmartOrder App Medizinprodukte und Praxisbedarf bestellen können</strong>. Die Zielgruppe/ Endnutzer der App sind die Kunden der Co-med Fachhändler.</p>\n

                                    <p>The app is <strong>designed</strong> as a <strong>web app</strong> and was linked to OXID via a module. A major advantage: existing users of the Oxid store could be transferred to the app without any problems, allowing them to <strong>retain</strong> their <strong>familiar environment</strong>. This not only made the changeover easier, but also enabled seamless use without the need for new customer access.</p>\n
        <p>In addition to the <strong>intuitive operation</strong>, the app also significantly improves the ordering processes for the practice. Thanks to the <strong>direct connection to OXID</strong>, orders are automatically synchronized, which speeds up order processing. Product prices, availability and individual customer conditions are updated in real time so that users always have access to the latest data.</p>\n
        <p>Another key benefit is the optimized data management. All master data is maintained centrally, so that changes in the <a href="/en/commerce/oxid-eshop">OXID system</a> are applied directly in the app. This <strong>reduces the administrative effort</strong> and ensures that all relevant information is always up to date.</p>\n
        <p>In the course of the project, the OXID module was standardized to make it usable for other customers. This makes it easier to integrate the solution into other companies and significantly reduces the development effort for future projects.<br><br></p>                        </div>\r\n

                                    <p>The challenge was to combine various components into a consistent, functional solution. This was achieved with the app.</p>\n
        <p>The e-portal itself is distributed by Dixeno, a long-standing partner. Thanks to the close cooperation, the technical processes could be integrated and optimized in the best possible way.</p>\n
        <h3>Project period and challenges</h3>\n
        <p>First of all: all challenges were overcome together. The project ran from January 2024 to December 2024 and involved the following challenges:</p>\n

        <li><strong>Communication and coordination: </strong>The collaboration with several partners (Co-med, ESYON, InCom Gesellschaft für EDV-Systeme mbh and Dixeno) required precise coordination.</li>\n
        <li><strong>Individual barcode search:</strong> Since different search systems exist, the code recognition had to be flexibly adaptable.</li>\n
        <li><strong>Optimization of QR code processing: </strong>The app needed to be able to optimally process both internal and external links.</li>\n
        <li><strong>Regulatory requirements: </strong>In addition to GDPR compliance, the Apple Transparency Framework was also a key requirement for app store approval.</li>\n
