Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration for INDICAL BIOSCIENCE GmbH.
INDICAL BIOSCIENCE GmbH, based in Leipzig, is part of the Quiagen Group. As a manufacturer of molecular diagnostic kits for veterinarians and laboratories, the company wanted to sell its products online. The integration of the web shop into the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics Navision NAV was intended to simplify processes.
Using the OXID eShop Enterprise Edition e-commerce platform as an online store, individual markets can be targeted. Products are enriched with information directly in the web shop, ensuring that the products are offered in the targeted market. Customers benefit from an efficient purchasing process. Furthermore, we completely redesigned the design. The mobile-first approach ensures that orders via smartphone and tablet also run smoothly. With the connection to Dynamics NAV, these orders can be delivered directly. Together with INDICAL and the IT service provider Yaveon, a fully integrated online store was created within two years. The store has now been linked to the company website, which is based on the WordPress CMS. The integration of Hubspot enables customers to communicate directly and quickly with questions.
