Erfal GmbH & Co. KG, based in Falkenstein/Vogtland, Germany, is a leading provider of custom-made privacy and sun protection solutions, as well as insect protection systems. Erfal offers high-quality pleated blinds, roller blinds, Venetian blinds, curtain rods, awnings, and insect screens and places great emphasis on quality, innovative designs, and sustainable production.
As early as 2017, ESYON GmbH and Erfal GmbH began a project to redesign the ePortal. The goal of this project was to develop a modern webshop and significantly improve the user experience.
As part of the project, in addition to the new webshop, ESYON also implemented a powerful Perfion PIM system and an innovative product configurator. This enables B2B customers to configure their pleated blinds via live query from the ERP system. A user-friendly app was also developed.
