How do you connect dealers, brand, and digital processes on one platform? corratec shows how: by integrating Dynamics 365, Perfion PIM, and a modern OXID eShop, a solution was created that reduces service effort, strengthens product data, and delights end customers — without bypassing the specialist retailers network.
corratec is a German premium bicycle manufacturer that for many years has stood for high-quality bikes, innovative technologies, and close cooperation with specialist retailers. More than 200 models are sold exclusively through qualified dealers — an approach that places high demands on digital transparency, brand management, and reliable data.
To ensure the digital infrastructure meets these requirements, three core goals were defined:

corratec The company faced a classic challenge for many manufacturers: retailers need reliable real-time data, while end customers expect a modern digital brand experience. Both requirements had to be combined on one platform – without jeopardizing sales through specialist retailers.
In the first project phase, a dealer portal was developed that made transparency its core principle. Product data, availability, delivery weeks, order status, and documents are now accessible at any time. This significantly simplifies the daily work of dealers and simultaneously reduces the workload for the internal team.
