Sales and Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

ESYON is currently looking for Sales and Marketing Managers.
The position
For the position of Sales and Marketing Manager, we are not only looking for an experienced professional in the field of sales and marketing, but also for a dynamic personality who can play a key role in strategic product development. This role requires not only sales skills and Marketing knowledge, but also the ability to build a bridge between customer needs and our developers/project managers.
Main tasks
- Responsibility for partner management and supplier management to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient processes.
- Development and implementation of strategic sales approaches to position customer-specific solutions.
- Actively follow up on leads to increase sales opportunities.
- Focus on the profitability of sales activities and continuous optimization of sales strategies.
- Responsibility for the brand image and public image of ESYON.
- Active management of ESYON websites, LinkedIn profiles, and posts to ensure a consistent and engaging presence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of similar experience in sales and marketing
- Completed studies in the field of business, marketing or a comparable qualification.
- Proven experience in partner and supplier management
- Knowledge in the development and implementation of sales strategies with a focus on customer-specific solutions.
- Experience in onboarding new customers and working closely with developers/project managers to understand customer requirements
- Fluent English in Spoken and written

- You have a feel for trends in sales and marketing and bring in fresh ideas to further strengthen ESYON's positioning..
