With the OXID eShop App you can port your existing OXID eShop into a mobile environment and complete the Customer Journey
Extend your service to mobile devices without the need for increased administration or maintenance. An existing OXID eShop is required to use the app. The OXID eShop app accesses products, categories and customer data of your OXID environment, so that all relevant data can still be controlled in one system. The app enables your end customers, whether B2B or B2C, to have a digital shopping experience, regardless of location or the presence of internet access.
An example
Imagine the following scenario: Screws required by your customer are running out. The product is therefore scanned by barcode and placed in the shopping basket as soon as a mobile Internet connection is established. Anyone with the customer’s login can view this shopping basket and place an order.

Customer & product management in one system
The OXID eShop App receives customer and product data directly from OXID. It is not necessary to create this data again for the mobile branch of your shop. Updates of the information are automatically recorded by the app.
Common login
The login of your end customers can be done cross-platform with an existing customer account. There is no need to create a second account for mobile access.
Visual CMS
Visual CMS is a content management system, similar to WordPress, with which website content can be created without any programming effort. Classical examples are terms and conditions, imprint and privacy policy. These are taken over by the OXID eShop App.
Order & Checkout
The same payment and delivery options apply within the app. The checkout process is controlled via the webshop. Downstream processes, such as data transfer to the ERP system, are supported throughout.

All standard functions of OXID eShop are supported 1:1 by the OXID eShop App and are optimised for mobile devices.
Compatibility
