Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration at Praher Plastics
As part of the Praher Group, Praher Plastics Austria GmbH manufactures high-quality plastic solutions. As part of the project, we implemented various measures related to the company's inventory management system, which is based on the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 ERP system.
The maintenance of product images and texts was centralized in the ERP system, which is also used to manage cross-selling and accessories. Furthermore, customer-specific prices can be generated via the system. ESYON provided technical support and advice on the maintenance and structure of the product information.
In addition to the inventory management system, the website of Praher Plastics Austria GmbH was also modernized and given a complete visual overhaul. Customers can now download their invoices via a portal. The availability status of the items can also be retrieved, which is a combination of inventory levels and replenishment lead time. As part of the modernization, international shipping was also made possible for customers.
