Ernst Böcker GmbH & Co. KG sells sourdough for home use – and has been doing so for four generations. To ensure its customers receive maximum quality and freshness, Böcker products are only manufactured after they have been ordered. This requires fast, seamless processes.
ESYON developed a modern webshop for the family business, with a mobile-first approach. Furthermore, the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and the accounting software Billbee were connected to the online store, which is based on the OXID eShop. The interaction of the systems enables the automation of various background processes, such as invoicing and central product data maintenance in the ERP system.
