Lekkerland sees itself as a convenient partner and offers its business customers “to-go” food and beverages. However, this is not the only business area of the Ternitz-based company; store optimization ist also part of its portfolio. For the online store, Lekkerland24.at, a functional e-commerce platform was to be created that leaves nothing to be desired in the B2B sector.
The online store, which is based on OXID eShop, has a modern design with mobile-first character. The store system was supplemented by the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP, which enables a number of complex price calculations and discount promotions, as well as limited customer assortments after login. Goods receipts can also be quickly recorded using the hand scanner. To simplify the management of product data, the Perfion PIM has been integrated. The Swiss company Markant, which was connected using the Promis API, is also used as a data supplier. With the help of EasyCatalog, print products can be easily created in Adobe InDesign from the product data in Perfion. This resulted in a highly integrated system landscape in just a few months.

Berlin Brands Group, Germany Chal-Tec GmbH creates, develops, buys and scales brands worldwide – exclusively on Amazon Marketplace. The company’s customers include well-known D2C brands such as Auna, Klarstein and Capital Sports. The Berliners wanted to make the connection of new merchants as easy as possible. As part of the collaboration with ESYON, the US brand Accubudy was integrated.
To be able to connect its brands to any Amazon Marketplace worldwide, Berlin Brands Group relies on ESYON’s Amazon Marketplace Conncector. New merchants are also connected directly to Microsoft Dynamics ERP using the brand new Seller API. The US sports & outdoor brand Accubudy was integrated as a pilot project.

Ernst Böcker GmbH & Co. KG distributes sourdough for the home – and this already in the fourth generation. To ensure that Böcker can guarantee its customers the maximum in quality and freshness, the products are only manufactured when they are ordered. This requires fast, smooth processes.
ESYON developed a modern webshop for the family-owned company, with mobile-first thinking at the forefront. In addition, the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 ERP system and the Billbee accounting software were connected to the OXID eShop-based online store. The interaction of the systems enables the automation of various background processes, for example invoicing and central product data maintenance in the ERP.

The erfal GmbH & Co. KG enables its customers to create their individual living style. In addition to privacy, sun and insect protection, the product range also includes the areas of smart home and innovative color coatings. Since the company’s living inspirations are primarily conveyed through images, these must be accessible from all types of devices at all times.
We carried out a complete redesign of the online store for erfal. The goal was to create a functional and modern e-commerce platform that also works for mobile devices. Parallel to the relaunch, a mobile app for iOS and Android was released, through which news about the company and product information are communicated.

As part of the Praher Group, Praher Plastics Austria GmbH manufactures high-quality solutions made of plastic. As part of the project, we implemented various measures that affected the company’s enterprise resource planning. This is based on the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.
The maintenance of product images and texts was centralized in the ERP, which is also used to control cross-selling and accessories. In addition, customer-specific prices can be generated via the system. For the maintenance and structure of the product information, ESYON was available not only for the technical implementation but also for consulting.
In addition to the merchandise management system, the Internet presence of Praher Plastics Austria GmbH was also modernized and given a general visual overhaul. Customers can now download their invoices via a portal. In addition, the availability status of the articles can be called up, which is a combination of inventory and replenishment time. As part of the modernization, customers are also able to ship internationally.
The go-live took place in April 2021.
Schindelhauer Bikes makes high-quality bikes in the manufactory character. The bikes of the Berlin manufacturer are sold through specialized dealers and in their own online store. OXID eShop is used for this.
With the SSO module for OXID 6.xx from ESYON, user management is now controlled via AWS Cognito. This allows customers to conveniently log in with the same credentials on existing and upcoming platforms. Single Sign On also means that people are automatically logged in between platforms when browsing in the same browser. The project was implemented in an agile manner and in close cooperation with Schindelhauer Bikes and two other agencies.

MAINCOR Rohrsysteme GmbH & Co. KG, headquartered in Schweinfurt, was a manufacturer of plastic pipes for heating and ventilation construction and was looking for a new e-commerce solution. As a company with a digitization strategy, particular emphasis was placed on deep integration of the web store into the enterprise resource planning system and into the product information management tool (PIM). An app was also to be available.
Under these conditions, an e-commerce platform was created that not only links OXID eShop with the ERP Infor. The PIM Perfion is also connected to the webshop. Products, prices, stock levels and much more information are updated automatically. Orders from the webshop are transferred to Infor and can be shipped directly. The “Atze-Taler” bonus program has been integrated and the sales team creates quotations and orders in a separate portal. Customers can use the barcode scanner in the Android and iOS app to add individual products to their shopping cart and thus quickly and easily replenish their own stock. In cooperation with MAINCOR and the IT service provider nubibase, a comprehensive e-commerce project was realized within 2 years until the go-live in November 2020.

INDICAL BIOSCIENCE GmbH, based in Leipzig, is part of the Quiagen Group. As a manufacturer of molecular diagnostic kits for veterinarians and laboratories, the company also wanted to sell its own products online. Processes were to be simplified by integrating the web store into the ERP Microsoft Dynamics Navision NAV.
With the e-commerce platform OXID eShop Enterprise Edition as an online store, individual markets can be specifically addressed. Products are enriched with information directly in the web store and it is ensured that the preparations are offered in the targeted market. Customers benefit from an efficient purchasing process. In addition, the design was completely revised by us. The mobile-first approach ensures that orders via smartphone and tablet also function smoothly. With the connection to Dynamics NAV, these can be delivered directly. Together with INDICAL and the IT service provider Yaveon, a fully integrated online store was created within 2 years. In the meantime, the store has been linked to the company website, which is based on the CMS WordPress. The integration of Hubspot enables customers to communicate directly and quickly in case of questions.

Nozag AG manufactures standard parts for industrial use in drive technology. The products are mainly produced in Switzerland and distributed worldwide. In order to meet specific customer groups, another sales channel should be opened. Nozag was looking for a Swiss partner who could launch an online store in a short time and therefore partnered with ESYON.
Within 12 months, an e-commerce platform was implemented, which is closely interlinked with the merchandise management system Microsoft Dynamics AX. A particular challenge was the complex calculations for packages, shipping costs, tiered prices and product combinations to be synchronized between the OXID eShop and the ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX. Nozag’s customers now benefit from a shopping channel that is accessible 24/7 and an online store tailored to their needs.

RPM Wood Finishes Group, based in the USA, sells various products such as varnishes and stains. The Mohawk brand is mainly sold in North America. Other brands are sold worldwide.
In 2019, RPM Wood Finishes Group decided to introduce Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance as an ERP solution. On this occasion, they wanted to make sales through Amazon more efficient. This allowed ESYON to integrate the Amazon Marketplace Connector into RPM’s Dynamics 365 environment. As a result, all orders, returns, transfers, and financial transactions are highly automated. RPM Wood Finishes Group can now easily scale its own Amazon business and integrate additional Amazon marketplaces worldwide in no time.

Almatec AG, based in Switzerland, specialises in the sale of cabinet housings. From batch size one, customers in Europe and around the world will be supplied.
Implementation of an online shop based on the inventory management system (ERP) Microsoft Dynamics AX. Thanks to ESYON, an e-commerce platform based on OXID eShop could be deployed within a very short time. The synchronization of data from the shop with the ERP leads to a considerable saving of manual effort in product maintenance and sales. Almatec customers benefit from a short delivery time and comfort functions in their own customer account. Particularly noteworthy is the close cooperation in the partner-to-partner model of Microsoft, between the Ambit Group and ESYON. The Ambit Group manages Almatec as a system house for Microsoft Dynamics AX and ESYON supervises the implementation and maintenance of the online shop.

erfal GmbH is a manufacturer for highly customizable and bespoke sun shade- and mosquito net-solutions. They are selling their goods by supplying a B2B channel of specialised retailers and growing a complex B2B2C business model.
erfal was looking for a B2B e-commerce platform that could be efficiently connected to their ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3. ESYON provided the solution with OXID eShop and their connector OXID4AX. Also, a product configurator based in Dynamics AX is synchronized with OXID eShop. The data connection works both ways, so customers can conveniently order a highly customized product online and erfal does only have to provide the product information once, in Dynamics AX, saving time and manual labour. Retailers can also plan their projects and have erfal products delivered to their construction site just in time.

Vetrag AG is seated in Switzerland and a specialized distributor for kitchen and restaurant accessories. They ship more than 80.000 articles.
Implementation of high performance, highly reliable IT infrastructure based on Microsoft Dynamics AX that replaced several separate tools, which handled accounting, sales, logistics and controlling independently and which have not been connected. ESYON provided a concept, consulting and integrated the business intelligence tool TARGIT BI. Also the product information management (PIM) Perfion was implemented, together with the e-commerce platform OXID eShop. ESYON made sure that all systems are interconnected and that data synchronizes automatically between all of the solutions.

Already using OXID eShop, LOBERON was sourcing for a tool to provide real-time customer data from their ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX in their online shop. ESYON provided this solution with OXID4AX Call Centre, displaying specific customer data a secure front end of the online shop.
