Programming of Customer Solutions
The goal is to understand customer requirements and conceptualize a suitable solution, which is then implemented. This ranges from smaller projects, such as individual scripts, with a few hours of effort, to complex software solutions that may take several weeks or months to complete.
Development and Enhancement of Software Solutions
Working on new solutions and developing or enhancing software solutions to meet current and future customer needs. This includes tasks like robot integrations and working with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, particularly in the field of optical image processing.

Tasks/Activities
- Programming in LabView, Python, JavaScript, and sometimes C++
- Collaboration in the development of new concepts and products
- Improvement and enhancement of existing solutions
- Coordination of solutions with the customer
Qualifications
- Technical studies related to software engineering (or similar)
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- Excellent Java (Spring boot) skills and ideally experience with Node.js, React or Angular
- Experience with test-driven development, clean coding, and design patterns
- Enjoying passing on knowledge and experience to fellow team members
- Team player with a proactive mindset
